What is COVID-19?
COVID-19 is caused by a virus called a coronavirus. You can get COVID-19 through close contact with another person who has the virus.
COVID-19 illnesses have ranged from very mild to severe, including illness resulting in death. While information so far suggests that most COVID-19 illness is mild, serious illness can happen and may cause some of your other medical conditions to become worse. Older people and people of all ages with severe, long-lasting (chronic) medical conditions like heart disease, lung disease, and diabetes, for example, seem to be at higher risk of being hospitalized for COVID-19. Do you offer at-home COVID-19 tests?
Yes, we currently offer a selection of at-home rapid COVID tests for purchase.
How do I get a free at-home over-the-counter COVID-19 test?
Starting January 15, 2022, insurers and health plans are required to cover the costs of eight over-the-counter COVID-19 tests per month for their members. Please note that some COVID-19 test kits are sold with multiple tests per box. Your plan is required to reimburse you at a rate of up to $12 per individual test (or the cost of the test, if less than $12). Save your receipt(s) and submit to your plan for reimbursement.

What are the shipping options?
For at-home COVID tests, we offer three shipping speeds: Standard (Ground), Expedited (2-day), and Overnight (FedEx Priority Overnight). Orders shipped via Standard will be delivered within 1-5 days in the continental U.S. and 3-7 business days for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii.
